I wanted to give a big shout out to PapaAutobody AndPainting and John Papa for the amazing work you did putting our car back together. I was in an accident three weeks ago and the car was pretty banged up. I thought it was going to be totalled out but John worked with the adjuster and made it happen. John and his workers are the best Body Shop in town. They are professional and kind. If you ever need work this is the place to go.

I cannot rave enough about this auto body shop. I was referred here by 1st Rate Autobody across the street. They do all my mechanic work (fair pricing, doesn’t take advantage of women who doesn’t know anything about cars) I got into an accident in January & the person who hit me, their insurance were not willing to pay for the damages. Christine at the front desk of Papa Autobody was. SO SO SO helpful & made this stressful experience as smooth as it could go. She provided every update via text, very good with communication. She dealt with the other insurance endlessly & finally got the approval I needed to get the car fixed. I can’t thank them enough! Only two minor things: - My car had an air pressure of 17 when I left (I spun back around & they put air in it for me) - My back up camera wasn’t working (I brought it in the next morning for them to reprogram) Everything was a quick & easy fix! I’d recommend them over & over again.

I needed to repair several dents, buckles, and paint scrapes along the passenger side of my car, and a friend recommended Papa Auto Body. John was immediately personable and attentive, put my mind at ease, and gave a fair and reasonable estimate right on the spot. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. I'd read that my car's particular paint color (Mazda Soul Red Crystal Metallic) is notoriously difficult to match. As it turned out, the first time the new paint was applied, there was some flaw in the paint product itself, so John and team had to completely repeat the paint job from scratch. In the end it was obvious they had devoted a very high level of care and attention to this job! Not only did John and his team perfectly repair the dents in the door, but the paint job is immaculate and perfectly matched to the rest of the car. The car is perfect, and they even added a beautiful coat of wax. Plus, John had noticed that my battery was low and wasn't charging well, so he replaced the car battery at no extra charge. He really went above and beyond! I couldn't be happier. 5 stars!
